Dubai Chocolate Cookie

We took the viral Dubai Chocolate Bar and turned it into a cookie!  We stuffed our chocolate cookies with our house made pistachio cream, topped them with chocolate ganache and chopped pistachios.  If you love pistachios and chocolate then you are going to love this cookie!
