If you like apple pie then you are going to love this cookie.  We took our delicious cookie dough, mixed in our buttery crumbled pie crust and stuffed it with our homemade apple pie filling.  If you want to really take it to the next level, pop it in the microwave for 15 seconds and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, you won't be sorry!
